Elizabeth Rosenzweig, founding director and chairperson for the annual world-wide World Usability Day event, WUD2018, confirmed today that Mandel’s suggested theme – “UX Consequences – When bad UX causes major real-world problems” – has been selected as the global theme for the 2018 world-wide event. World Usability Day has been celebrated around the world for 14 years. The 2017 event had 76 events held in 29 countries.
