Let users do what they want to do, when they want to do it, and how they want to do it.
Great stuff; add one more to the list of why branding is so difficult. I’m reminded of another classic example: when Chevy went to market the Nova in Mexico, it supposedly flopped completely. “No va” in spanish roughly translates to “Doesn’t go”.
